Entry level - manufacturing & Assembly

Role Description

We are in search of a positive, hard-working, and self-motivated individual that can help us deliver exceptional & consistent product to our customers in a reasonable turnaround. This role is for an assembly and light manufacturing position for a lure manufacturing business. The main duties of this role will be to spray finish (clear coat) on fishing lures, as well as hooking, organizing, and packaging the lures. It is a production role; you are expected to be able to fulfill purchase orders within the appropriate time frame.



Role-Specific Requirements

These are considered minimum requirements for this role:

  • Ability to stand on your feet for long stretches

  • Ability to properly maintain airbrush equipment, paints, and other supplies

  • Ability to maintain an inventory of all fishing lure supplies including number of parts, paint colors, equipment, packaging supplies, etc.

  • Ability to assemble plastic fishing lures, including gluing together body parts, inserting weights, installing hooks, attaching eye stickers (training will be provided)

  • Packaging and preparing lures for shipping

    • Able to work ~40-hour work week, with flexibility for occasional overtime as needed

    • Must be able to communicate with the internal team on a regular basis to ensure the work is getting done on time

    • Responsible, responsive, and good communicator

  • Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Experience w/ a spray gun, especially with clear coating

  • Prior use with airbrush painting

  • Creative / artistic eye
